Our Family home has been in the Lucas family for 23 years and counting, Custom built by award winning builder, Mark Lucas is located on the Tomichi River, is private and isolated just enough. Our home is situated between 2 ski areas, world class Crested Butte and the amazing Monarch Ski area. We are also surrounded by trails and trails and just 15 miles from PItkin, a true Victorian Colorado mining town.
